What we collect: your name and email address (when you buy or join the free email course), purchase records (from the payment platform), and email open/click statistics.
Why: to deliver your purchase, provide support and refunds, send the free email course and occasional updates you asked for, and meet legal or tax record-keeping duties.
Legal basis: performance of the contract (purchases), your consent (marketing emails), and legal obligations (records).
Who processes it for us (operators): the payment and delivery platform (e.g. Gumroad, Yoco) and the email platform (e.g. MailerLite). Some are based outside South Africa. We only use providers with adequate data-protection safeguards (POPIA s72).
We never sell your data or add you to marketing emails without consent. You can unsubscribe with one click in any email.
How long we keep it: purchase records for the period tax law requires (typically 5 years). Marketing data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Security: reputable platforms, restricted access, and no passwords or card data stored by us.
