Terms of Sale & Use: The AI-Run Business: Easy Steps for Beginners

  1. The product. A digital download: a PDF course, video files, prompts and templates. No physical item is shipped.
  2. Price. Shown at checkout in USD and/or ZAR, including any taxes the platform collects. The payment platform (e.g. Gumroad) processes your payment and may act as merchant of record.
  3. Licence. For your own business, including your staff. You may edit the templates for internal use. You may not resell, share publicly or redistribute the files, or present them as your own product.
  4. Fix-or-refund policy. Because files are delivered instantly and can't be returned, sales are generally final. But if a file is faulty, incomplete or won't open, contact us within 30 days and we'll fix it or refund you in full. This doesn't limit any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
  5. Educational content only. The course is general education. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial or medical advice. Check tax and compliance information with SARS, CIPC and a qualified professional.
  6. No guarantees of results. We don't promise any income, savings or business outcome. Results depend on your business, effort and many factors outside our control.
  7. Third-party tools. The course mentions third-party AI and software tools. Their prices, features and terms change, and you use them under their own terms. Don't paste confidential or personal data into tools unless you have a lawful basis to do so.
  8. AI-generated content. You're responsible for reviewing anything an AI tool produces before you use, publish or send it.
  9. Liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the price you paid.
